August 2, 2023: (l-r) Mike Williams and Mark Persons were interviewed by Ron Specker live on Little Falls Radio at 10 am. The half-hour interview covered veteran issues and the Brainerd VFW.

The Brainerd American Legion handled fair parking. An antique car and tractor parade started at 10:30 am to the delight of the crowd.
Brainerd VFW volunteers ran a beer garden near the Mills Stage for the convenience of fair goers.

This was Senior Day at the Crow Wing County Fair. Seniors got together to dance to Boot Scootin' Boogie.

August 1, 2023, the Crow Wing County Fair opened with the Parade of Colors by the Brainerd Color Guard and the Crow Wing Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, starting at 5:15pm. The MC was Gary Doucette.

The Star-Spangled Banner was sung by Sam Anderson from Adult and Teen Challenge.

A 21-rifle salute and Taps were played by the Brainerd Color Guard.
