The Brainerd team defeated Willmar 5-1 on Monday, July 21, 2025, then won Tuesday 5-4 coming from behind in the bottom of the 7th inning to beat Pierz! Brainerd lost to Cold Spring on Thursday 3 - 2 on Thursday.
Runner up games were on Friday, July 25th. In the end, the Cold Spring VFW came out on top.
June 21, 2025: The team put on a spaghetti dinner at the Brainerd VFW as a fund raiser.

There was a raffle with twelve cash prizes ranging from $75 to $1000. Ronda Gaverke of Brainerd won $1000. Present to pick up a $900 check for Denny Castlewon and a $250 check for Travis Hahn was Jessica Happajoki. Mark Persons won $100, which he then donated to the baseball team.

June 14, 2025:

June 5, 2025: Brainerd VFW Commander Kevin Jensen shook hands with head coach Bryce Flannigan. Players were getting ready for the game. But first, the Brainerd Honor Guard presented the flags. Players were very respectful with hands over their hearts and then applauded.
This was the season opener with St. Cloud VFW Post 4847. Players shook hands and were reminded, "See ball, hit ball." The weather was 70 degrees, and the spectators loved it.
In the end, Brainerd lost to St. Cloud 12 to 8. Better luck next time. This is only the beginning of the season.
