Brainerd took 3rd place March 13, 2022, when they beat Buffalo 6 - 5 in overtime.

March 8, 2022: A hockey jersey was presented to Jack Miller, son of Brainerd VFW Auxiliary member Shawn Miller who died of a heart attack recently. Team jerseys were provided by Lexington Manufacturing as a tribute to our armed forces. The Brainerd VFW sponsors this High School Hockey team with Kevin Jensen as the youth sports coordinator.
