Thief River Falls won the A Bracket.

2025 - 2026 16UAA Boys Hockey sponsored by the Brainerd VFW. Home games at the Essentia Health Sports Center, 502 Jackson Street, Brainerd. Play is at the Civic rink on the north side or the Crow Wing Recycling rink on the north side of the building.

December 17, 2024: The Brainerd VFW sponsored 2024 - 2025 Boys Hockey Team took time out for a photo.
The team warmed up with jumping exercises while the Zamboni was getting the rink ready. Then they were out to practice.

February 10, 2024: The Brainerd Color Guard presented flags while the National Anthem was played at the Essentia Health Sports Center in Brainerd. The Brainerd VFW decorated Zamboni cleaned the ice, just before the presentation.

January 2, 2024: The Brained VFW Warrior Hockey Team played the Little Falls Flyers. A great game, Brainerd won 7 to 1.

An announcement was made about the Brainerd VFW sponsoring the Warrior Hockey Team. Reading from this website, the announcer said, "Veterans of Foreign Wars are defenders of freedom from yesterday and today."
