​Veterans of Foreign Wars, for 125 years, are defenders of freedom yesterday and today.  We are a non-profit 501 (c) (19) organization. Nestled in the heart of downtown Brainerd, you'll find us at 309 South Sixth Street. The Brainerd VFW is a friendly place serving veterans, our community and our country.  f​

​The Brainerd Honor Guard is frequently seen at ceremonies in the area. That includes local funerals and the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery near Camp Ripley.
